January 15, 2024 Sea Day Day 27
It is a beautiful way to start the day. This is the first of 5 days at sea. The temperature is 78 degrees and became cloudy. We have had several days on land, so now we need to again learn how we do sea days. This will include exercise, meals, trivia twice a day.
We left our room and went to find a quiet place for Mike to listen to his book, and me to work on last nights blog. We ended up at the indoor pool, and saw Margaret Welker. She had just finished water aerobics. I will try to join her tomorrow.
This is our Viking Daily, that lets us know everything going on.
I am planning on attending the Photography workshop. Today we are discussing "How to Photograph a World Cruise". Trivia is immediately following the workshop. It was a tough day with a score of 9 out of 15. I am going to a basic line dance class at 2. It was taught by two of our vocalists. They were not the best instructors, but they also had a room full of novice dancers, and a room that was way too small. They will see if they can find a larger spot for us in the future. Mike and I attended a lecture "Meteorology in the Pacific". If you can see from the page to the right, we have a magician tonight. We are hoping for
another great show. Whew, we are not used to all this night life. LOL
Well we left early from the Magician's show. She wasn't that amazing, and her style did not have that polish we have come to expect from our Viking performers. We hope there is magic and polish in your life.
