January 18, 2024 Sea Day 30 days of 138 days

 Wow! we have been on the cruise for a full month. Today is day 30.

Today I did a Facelift Self-massage workshop. It was taught by our acupuncturist. She taught a very simple light massage to assist the lymph system to drain. She also teaches that our wrinkles come from the 100 emotions we feel and show on our faces. 

I did my water exercises alone in the pool, as Margaret and I did not connect. I had a good 30 min exercise in the pool using as many of her moves as I remembered.

Mike got a 3 mile walk in, gym time to complete his routine, and time in the sun. It is always a good day. The temperature is in the 80's.

The Port talk was on Bora Bora.

Now this is the way to do Port talks. They have staff taking our orders and serving us in our seats. I tried to get this young man's picture when he had 6 or more drinks on his tray. The drinks are brought to your seat in the theater. Life is rough here. LOL                                    

We are excited to see the French Polynesia. We hear the color of the waters will be a lovely blue green. We can already see that the ocean color is changing. We are in the South Pacific Ocean now.                            

We did trivia at noon and at 8 pm. The noon score was just about average, but tonight we ruled the   night. One question was worth 12 points, and Mike was able to make sure we got all 12 points. The   question required us to name all 6 men who have played James Bond and how many Bond movies they had been in. We were the only team to get all 12 points. Mike is the Bond master.  We are the               champions for the third time. This is a tough crowd.
